This show has been pretty stressful for me - the sheer number of props are a pain, never mind the smoking onstage, multiple food props that can’t be found in stores, an onstage fight with blood, broken glass onstage, some props broken onstage, major set changes done during a “light shift,” and the set is painted onstage during a monologue.
BUT! All of that becomes completely worth it when you hear the audience reactions (from horrified gasps to raucous laughter) while waiting for a cue backstage.
